We’re excited to offer a great opportunity for an RTPI‑qualified Planner or Senior Planner to join our highly regarded Planning team in Bristol. This role will be integral to our project teams – working closely with experienced project leads while building trusted relationships with clients. You’ll act as a key point of contact, giving you real ownership and visibility across projects. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full development lifecycle – from early‑stage concept and planning strategy through to delivery and completion – collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues across Savills and our wider project teams.

The Savills Bristol Planning Team is one of the largest in the South West, with 23 planners bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge, making it an ideal environment for an RTPI‑qualified Planner to further their professional development. We are regarded as market leaders by our clients and are an integral part of the biggest planning consultancy in the UK, which is over 300 strong and has planning specialists covering every land use sector and geographical area in the UK.

The successful candidate will work in our vibrant and dynamic multi‑service office located at Dock House, Welsh Back, Bristol.
