Our dynamic Client Accounting department in Peterborough is composed of a dedicated team of professionals, including two managers and five senior accounts assistants. With a diverse range of experience and qualifications, our team specialises in client accounting for a wide array of clients ranging from private landlords and estates to large institutional clients. Each team member is responsible for their own client allocations, ensuring a personalised and focused service. Despite individual responsibilities, we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, working together seamlessly to support each other and achieve our collective goals.
Our department thrives on maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all client accounts are managed with the utmost care and in compliance with industry regulations. Whether it’s preparing rent demands, processing transactions, or generating detailed financial reports, our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
You will be responsible for all bookkeeping tasks including processing purchase and sales ledger transactions, preparation of periodic reporting tailored to client needs, and undertaking general administrative tasks on a rotational basis within the department. This includes ensuring compliance with departmental systems and procedures and with RICS and other relevant accounting standards/regulations.

The Rural & Projects division within Savills (UK) Ltd provides a wide range of property advice/services to Rural landowners throughout the UK. This includes, but is not limited to, land and estate management, food & farming consultancy, forestry, architectural and building surveying advice, valuation and expert witness, agency, asset management and client accounting.
Savills Client Accounting team provides comprehensive client accounting services to our estate management and farming clients including: full bookkeeping, purchase ledger, rent/sales ledger, cheque and BACs processing, forecasting, and a wide range of financial reporting including management and financial accounts.
The existing Client Accounting service is fulfilled from 5 principal centres in Wimborne, Peterborough, Perth and Dumfries as well as a small team in Oxford dealing with farm client accounting.
