Role Overview

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Capital Programme/Utilities Surveyor to join our Corporate Account Management team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and have a strong rural or utilities background. This is an integral role that will work within the management team responsible for strategically leading a team and providing capital delivery services to Savills Utility clients. Based in Peterborough (Savills and Client offices) with the opportunity to work from home when convenient.

Team Overview

Our Corporate Account Management team based in Peterborough comprises of 23 specialists and sits within our Global Occupier Services team. The team offers a range of global real estate services to corporate occupier clients, building strong relationships in order to share expertise, manage processes and advise the best strategy, tailored specifically for the client’s business needs. Specifically to utilities and capital project delivery, the team specialises in securing consents and acquisitions across the utilities sector, including linear infrastructure, every project is executed following uncompromising QHSSE standards, backed by industry-leading training and cutting-edge data management systems to deliver bespoke solutions. Our Global Occupier Services team works with a range of national and EMEA based businesses from growth companies to large, multi-national corporations and offers a personalised, partnership-led approach to optimise our clients real estate portfolio.
