We have a great opportunity for an experienced Capital Programme/Utilities Surveyor to join our Corporate Account Management team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and have a strong rural or utilities background.

This is a pivotal role within the wider Corporate Account Management team, with responsibility for providing clear strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary delivery team while overseeing the successful planning and execution of capital delivery services for Savills Infrastructure and Utility clients. The position will play a key role in driving performance, ensuring best practice governance, and maintaining the highest professional standards across all stages of project delivery, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Based in Peterborough (Savills and Client offices) with the opportunity to work from home when convenient.

The team offers a range of global real estate services to corporate occupier clients, building strong relationships in order to share expertise, manage processes and advise the best strategy, tailored specifically for the client’s business needs. Specifically to infrastructure/utilities and capital project delivery, the team specialises in securing consents and acquisitions across the utilities sector, including linear infrastructure, every project is executed following uncompromising QHSSE standards, backed by industry-leading training and cutting-edge data management systems to deliver bespoke solutions. Our Global Occupier Services team works with a range of national and EMEA based businesses from growth companies to large, multi-national corporations and offers a personalised, partnership-led approach to optimise our clients' real estate portfolio.
