An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Rural Management team. You will be responsible for supporting the management of a wide variety of residential properties. You’ll be based out of our Oxford office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
- Data Management and system support.
- Property compliance and health and safety.
- Instructing contractors and works.
- Tenancy Management including liaising with clients and tenants.
- Lettings administration.
- Management of utility accounts.
- General admin duties.
- May accompany property managers with onsite inspections or viewings.
- May also be doing a small amount of business support but only as a minority part of day-to-day role.
