Office Space Consultant Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Sales Management: Handle the full sales cycle for office spaces (5–25 desks) – from qualifying leads and arranging viewings to negotiation and deal closure.
- Business Development: Proactively source new opportunities outside of the existing Savills network and build strong industry relationships.
- Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the serviced office market, stay updated on trends, and provide professional advice to clients.
- Collaboration & CRM: Work closely with internal teams, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and establish a strong presence among providers and brokers.
Key Skills
- Minimum 1 year in office brokerage, property, or sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and time management skills; confident, adaptable, and target-driven.
- Energetic team player with a proactive mindset and excellent telephone manner.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided on internal tools).
