The Nottingham Development team is a team of eight within a multidisciplinary office of around 20 people situated within Nottingham city centre. We provide expertise across the whole East Midlands from this regional hub. We offer a range of development consultancy and agency advisory services tailored to the specific needs of Landowners, Promoters, Housebuilders, Registered Providers, Lenders and Build to Rent clients. The team acts for a broad spectrum of clients, developing and implementing strategies to convert potential into development opportunities and optimising the value of assets.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Graduate Surveyor to join our team. This role will involve you in a diverse range of projects including development consultancy for private and public sector clients; sale and acquisition of residential and mixed use development land and plots; medium and longer term strategic land and valuation.
As a graduate in the Nottingham Development team you will be involved with a broad spectrum of activities, to include assisting in agency, consultancy and valuation. You will gain exposure to all the work we do and be an integral part of our team. You will be involved in data collection and analysis, report and brochure writing and meeting clients and interested parties on site and in meetings.
Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the property industry, and is geared towards enabling our graduates to reach their full potential. As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which complement both your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of your APC.
Once you've successfully passed your APC and become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you'll continue to receive training and career development opportunities. We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
