As a Talent Partner for the Rural & Projects (R&P) division of Savills, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on role that combines end-to-end recruitment delivery, stakeholder partnering, and talent insights to ensure the business attracts and retains exceptional talent to support continued growth.
Working closely with the Talent Lead, you will help shape attraction strategies, provide market intelligence, and deliver a seamless candidate experience, whilst maintaining efficient and compliant hiring processes. This role is to cover maternity leave; however, it may be made permanent toward the end of the contract, depending on business and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Delivery & Recruitment Execution
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Staff (Fee Earner), Associate and Associate Director level roles
- Support the creation and approval of job requests, job descriptions, and adverts
- Coordinate and deliver structured recruitment processes, including shortlisting and interview management
- Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in a consistent, compliant, and high-quality manner
- Build and maintain pipelines of candidates aligned to business demand
- Monitor and manage individual KPI delivery, including financial performance, project timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Stakeholder Partnering
- Partner with hiring managers and vacancy coordinators to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes
- Build strong working relationships across the R&P division, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Provide guidance on best practice in selection, assessment, and interview processes
- Support hiring managers with shortlisting and decision-making
- Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
- Develop and maintain engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
- Support the management of the careers website
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance market visibility
- Lead and coordinate outreach initiatives, including tracking and reporting on effectiveness
- Market Insight & Talent Intelligence
- Support the Talent Lead with market research and real-time talent intelligence
- Provide insight on talent pools, competitor activity, and attraction strategies
- Use recruitment data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Maintain lists of target organisations and talent mapping for niche roles
- Early Talent & Projects
- Support Early Talent activity, including coordination of programmes and processes
- Contribute to talent-related projects across the division, driving continuous improvement
- Data, Reporting & Process Management
- Ensure accurate data input, reporting, and system management (ATS)
- Support recruitment reporting for leadership and wider business insight
- Assist with agency management, invoicing accuracy, and PSL processes
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date job description bank and recruitment documentation

The Rural & Projects (R&P) division is one of the most diverse and specialist areas of the business, covering a wide range of services including rural estate management, energy and infrastructure projects, planning, consultancy, and environmental services. Operating across a UK-wide network of offices, the division supports a broad client base ranging from private landowners and farmers to corporate organisations and investors. You will join a collaborative and high-performing HR team, working closely with the Talent Lead and wider HR community. The team plays a critical role in supporting the division’s continued growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across both specialist and hard-to-fill markets.
