We are growing our Building & Project Consultancy team in Newcastle and are keen to hear from talented Senior Surveyors and Associate‑level Building Surveyors looking to take the next step in their careers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our commercial building surveying offer across the office, retail and industrial sectors.
You will be involved in a broad range of work, including project management, contract administration, technical due diligence and dilapidations, giving you excellent exposure across the full property lifecycle. Working within a close‑knit team, you will have the chance to make a real impact by building client relationships, contributing to business development and helping shape the growth of the Newcastle offering. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across our wider Northern network, enhancing your experience and visibility.
