Role Overview
The Marketing Planning & Operations Manager supports the smooth day-to-day running of the marketing function by managing budgets, workflows, and planning processes. This includes owning the demand management and prioritisation process for the team. The role ensures marketing activity is well-organised, financially controlled, and delivered in line with agreed plans, enabling divisional teams to focus on execution and performance.
You will be joining a team of 80+ marketing professionals at an exciting time, as we continue to evolve and support the next chapter of the business’s growth agenda under the leadership of Rebecca Chauhan and Zoe Carney, interim Co Heads of UK Brand and Marketing. The team is friendly, driven and innovative, working closely with multiple stakeholders and across a range of projects to champion high quality marketing outputs and deliver strong results for the business.
