Role Overview

You will be remotely managing a portfolio of let residential property in accordance with a strategy that you have prepared and agreed with our client. Ongoing property management must be in accordance with current legislation and client SLAs. Please note that this is an office based role.

Team Overview

The LPA team in Salisbury deal with residential property where there has been a breach in the buy-to let mortgage terms and conditions. Our clients are high street lenders. It is a very busy department and we deal with a high volume of telephone calls, which may on occasions be challenging. We are supportive of one another and enjoy a positive team vibe.

This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship. To be eligible to apply for this role you must hold your own right to work in the UK.
