Role Overview
This role supports our global network of Residential offices and the UK-based specialist sales desks. Day-to-day, you will work with people and property from around the world, ranging from a beachfront in the Caribbean to the historic city‑centre of Rome. A key part of the role is coordinating the Savills Global Instagram presence, a dedicated account focusing on international properties and offices. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of social media best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the International Residential team in executing marketing plans through a variety of online and offline marketing channels, including emails, newsletters, events, sales and marketing collateral, digital marketing and social media.
- Work with local markets to develop and execute a content strategy for the Global Residential Instagram channel, aligned with business goals and the Savills brand creative. This includes planning, scheduling, daily management and reporting.
- Create content, including visual development and captioning through Canva.
- Produce video content, including writing scripts, briefing videographers and scouting appropriate locations.
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and administration across the department such as managing incoming requests, weekly team updates, meeting agendas and presentations, and drafting design and content briefs.
- Manage community of the Global Residential network, sharing content and curating monthly newsletters.
- Track budgets and spend for relevant projects and programmes.
- Build positive relationships with the wider marketing team to communicate plans, challenges, developments, opportunities, actions and results.
- Act as a brand guardian ensuring all content adheres to guidelines.
Key Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role or a similar role.
- Experience across the marketing mix, with specific knowledge of Social Media, especially Instagram.
- Ability to analyse marketing metrics and summarise performance to make recommendations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to take tasks and projects to completion and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail in proof‑reading and creative outputs.
- Ability to create eye‑catching visuals, videos and compelling storytelling.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and a team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external agencies.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, being flexible and able to manage competing demands and priorities.
- Tech‑savvy and familiar with Canva, Capcut, video editing software and scheduling tools (e.g. Sprinklr) – preferred.
- Understanding of Instagram Insights, Google Analytics and other social tools – preferred.
You'll Need to
- Be able to work from our Margaret Street (London) headquarters at least three days a week.
- Have a passion for property with some knowledge of the global residential real‑estate markets.
- Occasionally travel within the UK for events, filming and key meetings.
- Have excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
