Join Savills' Global Occupier Services (GOS) PMO (Programme Management Office) team and become part of a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting the delivery of projects for a diverse portfolio of global occupier clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to provide essential administrative, governance, reporting and financial coordination support across multiple programmes and contracts.
Working closely with project managers, consultants, finance teams and key stakeholders, you will help maintain project documentation, coordinate reporting cycles, support client deliverables and ensure projects are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with contractual requirements. You will play a central role in keeping project information up to date, monitoring key milestones and supporting commercial and operational processes.
The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and other digital solutions to streamline processes, improve consistency and enhance team performance. The focus of the Global Occupier Services team is to advise clients who occupy property but who are not in the property business, combining our skills and our corporate knowledge to deliver results. We operate at a number of different levels, from being a full outsource of a company’s real estate functions, to a coordinator of single or multiple service lines for occupier clients.
