We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Head of Savills UK Marketing. This is a pivotal moment for the team following the departure of the Head of Marketing and her PA, and a great opportunity for someone to join and establish themselves at the heart of the team as it begins a new chapter under new leadership. The role will initially support the interim Co-Heads of Savills UK Marketing before transitioning to support the Head of Savills UK Marketing.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional diary and inbox management, act as a trusted first point of contact, and confidently represent the Co‑Heads with professionalism, discretion and warmth. You will anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and ensure smooth communication across the team and wider stakeholders.
In addition to PA duties, you will play a key role in keeping the department running effectively. This includes:
- Coordinating all‑team meetings
- Supporting work‑experience students
- Overseeing a now‑streamlined new‑starter onboarding process
- Managing essential team operations such as recruitment coordination and IT/systems requests
