The Lettings Fast Track Programme is designed for ambitious professionals looking to make a successful career change into residential lettings. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the role from the ground up. Participants receive comprehensive on-the-job training, ongoing support, and one-to-one coaching while working towards a permanent position as a Lettings Negotiator within one of our London offices.
The programme runs several times throughout the year, and we are always keen to hear from motivated individuals who can demonstrate strong communication skills, commercial awareness, resilience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
