In this role you will lead strategic relationships with Savills’ cross-border property management clients across Europe, driving growth and portfolio oversight.

  • Lead relationships with key institutional investors and act as primary contact across multiple countries
  • Oversee client portfolios and drive business growth with cross-border coordination
  • Coordinate service delivery and maintain consistent standards across diverse real estate assets
  • Shape long-term client strategies and support portfolio mobilisations
  • Strengthen reporting and governance frameworks to enhance transparency and control

  • Key requirements
  • Significant experience in commercial property management, asset management, or real estate advisory
  • Experience managing large institutional investor relationships
  • Proven track record coordinating multi-country property portfolios
  • Strong understanding of European real estate markets
  • Experience leading strategic client relationships and presenting to senior executives
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI capabilities
