Savills is seeking a Junior Economist or Economist to join its London‑based Market Assessment Sub Group, supporting the assessment of commercial development needs across sectors including industrial & logistics, data centres, hotels, offices and other commercial uses.
This role involves analysing data, interpreting policy and delivering robust economic evidence to support Local Plan promotions, planning applications, appeals and public inquiries. You will also advise clients on site acquisition, using a data‑driven approach and industry‑leading analytical tools.
