Role Overview

Work on high-profile property developments, supporting projects as they move from design through to operational management. Deliver and contribute to Design for Management reviews, shaping how buildings will be run in practice. Prepare service charge strategies, operational plans and mobilisation budgets for complex, mixed-use assets. Collaborate with clients, developers and internal teams to ensure smooth mobilisation and project delivery. Build strong client relationships while developing your technical, commercial and consultancy skills.

Part of the Development & Set Up (DSU) Consultancy team, specialising in supporting major real estate developments through to operational readiness. Work across a diverse range of high-profile, mixed-use assets including retail, residential, office and science sectors. Collaborate closely with Property Management, Client Services and site-based teams to deliver joined-up client solutions. Operate in a fast-paced, project-led environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Focused on delivering practical, commercially driven advice that shapes how assets are managed from day one.
