Due to an internal move across our global network, we’re now looking for a strong Associate Bid Manager to support the delivery of high quality bids and proposals across our private and public sector teams. We need someone who enjoys shaping win themes, value propositions, and competitive positioning in collaboration with our senior bids team.

The purpose of this role is to support the end‑to‑end bid process by coordinating inputs, facilitating key meetings, and ensuring proposals are clear, aligned, and compliant. It exists to enhance the quality and consistency of bid submissions through effective writing support, rigorous content reviews, and structured document control. The role also drives continuous improvement by maintaining bid resources, managing multiple projects efficiently, and contributing to lessons‑learned activities across the function.

We work in a fast moving, collaborative environment where clarity, creativity, and accountability are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate bid kick‑offs, storyboarding sessions, and review meetings to drive alignment and clarity.
  • Assist with writing and editing sections of proposals under guidance from team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs and ensure compliance with bid processes.
  • Conduct content reviews, quality checks, and document control for larger bids.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time, prioritise and deliver timely outcomes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of bid libraries, case studies, and evidence packs.
  • Contribute to lessons‑learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives across the bids function.

This is an Associate level role and requires 2-3 years experience working within a Bids function.
