The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
We are looking for a motivated and efficient Lettings Assistant to support the Summertown Lettings Team. This is a predominantly office‑based role and you will be expected to use email, answer telephone calls and deal with walk‑in enquiries in an efficient and timely manner. You may be required to work independently in the office, so the ability to manage tasks confidently while lone working is essential. You will also be required to assist with viewings so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. This is a 0 hour contract and you will be expected to provide support on an ad‑hoc basis in line with business needs. This could be throughout the week (9am‑6pm), or on weekends (9am‑4pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients in the office
- General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date
- Registering applicants onto the database (Reapit) – training will be given
- Arranging and assisting with pitch and viewing appointments
