Role Overview

You will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day coordination and growth of the Japan Desk across residential sales and lettings, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to Japanese clients and internal stakeholders. This role will play a key part in managing client activity, supporting transactions, coordinating internal processes and maintaining the professionalism, discretion and cultural awareness required when working on high‑value and confidential matters. This role will be based in either our Lettings Head Office in Richmond or our Global Head Office on Margaret Street, London.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day coordination and growth of the Japan Desk across residential sales and lettings.
  • Manage client activity, support transactions, coordinate internal processes and maintain professionalism, discretion and cultural awareness on high‑value and confidential matters.
