Overview
As part of our continued growth, we\’re recruiting for an experienced Estate Agent to join our successful Guildford team. This is a new role where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our town market, with the key objective of strengthening our position and increasing our market share. Reporting to the Head of Residential, you\’ll assist with the day-to-day management of the wider sales team, liaise and negotiate with buyers and sellers and ensure that all parties receive exceptional service throughout the process. This is a 360-degree hybrid role, where the successful candidate will be required to list and sell property.
Responsibilities
- Manage the town market to strengthen position and increase market share.
- Assist with day-to-day management of the wider sales team.
- Liaise and negotiate with buyers and sellers.
- Ensure all parties receive exceptional service throughout the process.
- List and sell property as part of a hybrid 360-degree role.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Estate Agent or in a similar property sales role (as indicated by the role description).
- Role involves listing and selling property; strong negotiation and customer service skills are essential.
