Head of Residential Sales

Overview

We\\\’re looking for an experienced estate agency Sales Manager to lead our operation in Cornwall. This role not only requires someone that is extremely competent, but who has a comprehensive understanding of the county and market.

The successful candidate will have at least five years\\\’ experience of working at a similar level in estate agency, coupled with a strong track record.

You\\\’ll need to lead from the front and have the hunger to drive the business forward in terms of market share, and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cornwall operation and drive growth in market share and results.
• Set and communicate strategic direction, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.

Qualifications

• At least five years\\\’ experience at a similar level in estate agency with a strong track record.
