The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the Savills Graduate HR team by supporting the team in an advisory capacity.

- Sourcing, attracting and assessing students for our internships and graduate programmes.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Providing an exceptional and high‑quality candidate experience.
