Graduate Programme HR Advisor

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team in London, based near Oxford Circus. Working closely with graduates and their teams, this role contributes to our high APC (assessment of professional competence) pass rate and enhances the experience of our graduates. This is a permanent position within the Graduate Programme HR team that requires high levels of self‑motivation and drive.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders, HR business partners, finance directors, line managers, and graduates to deliver an award‑winning UK graduate programme (approximately 130 graduates recruited each year).
• Partner with HR functions, especially the Future Talent Development Team.
• Support graduate development and assessment, ensuring high APC pass rates.
• Occasionally travel within the UK and make overnight stays when required.

Experience & Qualifications

Suitable for someone with a couple of years experience as an HR Assistant looking to step up, or someone with 1 year as an HR Advisor.
