The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
In this role, you’ll become the dedicated fund controller for an allocated client portfolio, ensuring the smooth running of client finances and delivering high quality financial reporting. You’ll be hands-on with everything from VAT reconciliations to service charge audits and cashflow oversight. Your work will directly support both our clients and internal teams in making informed decisions and maintaining first class financial compliance.

As part of the wider Property Finance and Client Accounts function, you’ll have meaningful ownership and responsibility. You'll manage transitions in and out of portfolios, maintain accurate tenant and property data, and play a key role in annual reporting cycles, all while working in a fast moving, supportive environment where no two days are the same.
