We are seeking an ambitious Director with a proven track record of winning and delivering large construction projects in the private sector. This may include commercial, private / prime residential, alternative ‘living’ (BTR / PBSA / PBSL / later living) and/or hotel developments. The individual will become part of the London Project Management team working closely with Steven Brown, Living Sector Lead and Benjamin Cottle, Head of London Project Management. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team with a mandate to lead and expand our emerging mixed use development project management offer. As such we are looking for candidates who have established relationships with private developer Clients from whom they have won work.

The role will be predominantly based out of Savills 33 Margaret Street headquarters, however, it will be expected that the applicant will be happy to work within the M25.

London Project Management is part of the Savills Building & Project Consultancy division and operates from 33 Margaret Street in the West End and Finsbury Circus House in the City. The wider team totals 48 individuals and has historically been made up of three core teams: London Offices Project Management, Industrial and Logistics Project Management and Development Monitoring services. Over the last two years, our London Project Management offer has grown significantly to include projects in the Living, Life Sciences and Data Centre sectors. We are looking to further expand our London platform and capability within mixed-use development.
