Role Overview

The Customer Services Co-Ordinator reports to the Customer Services Team Manager and plays a vital role in the query management process, ensuring queries are triaged effectively, escalations are coordinated efficiently, and training is delivered to new and existing team members. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Team Overview

The Energy team sits within the Savills Property Management (PM) Division and provides an energy bureau and procurement service to the Property Management client portfolio. This role contributes to delivering exceptional client services by managing inbound queries, supporting escalations, and coordinating training initiatives to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship (check exemptions).
