Role Overview As a Bureau Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing client utility accounts and ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of portfolio data.

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you will be responsible for resolving billing queries, managing service tickets, addressing debt issues and maintaining high standards of data quality.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will help identify and mitigate risks, support continuous process improvements and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience through effective communication, accountability and collaboration.
