Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and dynamic Corporate Real Estate Advisor to join our EMEA Cross Border Tenant Advisory Team, within our Global Occupier Services division. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder and structured self-starter with experience in generating new business opportunities and advising corporate occupiers.
This role will be heavily focused on maximising relationships we have across our EMEA platform and assisting the growth in our global occupier business; effectively coordinating with our local teams internationally to identify business development opportunities.

Team Overview
We are currently a small team, consisting of a Director and a Team Co-ordinator but part of Global Occupier Services. We work closely with regional and international colleagues to bring you a combination of local market knowledge and global insights. This position would ideally suit a meticulous and structured self-starter, who has a ‘can do’ attitude, preferably with experience in generating business development leads and opportunities.
