Showcase Your Technical Skills

Since proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, make sure to brush up on your Excel skills. Be prepared to discuss how you've used Excel in past roles, especially for data analysis or reporting. If you have examples of how you've managed tight deadlines using these tools, share those stories!

Prepare for Practical Scenarios

Expect questions that assess your problem-solving abilities in real-world scenarios. Think about how you would approach a valuation or inspection task, and be ready to explain your thought process. Practising these scenarios can help you articulate your experience effectively during the interview.

Demonstrate Flexibility and Commitment

Given the casual nature of the work and potential commuting, it's important to convey your flexibility. Share any experiences where you've adapted to changing circumstances or taken on varied projects. This will reassure the interviewers that you're ready for the unpredictable nature of the role.
