The Senior Bureau Services Co‑Ordinator is responsible for managing client utility accounts, ensuring that tickets and queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service and achieve portfolio completeness.
A key aspect of the position involves actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the Bureau team, supporting continuous improvement, consistency, and the upskilling of colleagues. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working three days per week in the office to support collaboration, communication, and effective team working.
