Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Valuation Surveyor to join our Commercial Valuation Team in Bristol, working across a diverse range of assets and playing a key role in the strategic growth of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced valuers to conduct valuations of commercial assets in Bristol, including offices, industrial/logistics, and retail properties.
  • Provide valuations for major lending organisations such as international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, and clearing banks, and for major UK funding institutions, property companies, unitised funds and life companies.
