Now, we're looking for a dynamic and commercially minded

Operations Director to help make that happen.

About the Role

As Operations Director, you'll be the strategic number two on site, reporting directly into the Centre Director and playing a pivotal role in the next phase of Merry Hill's evolution.

We're looking for someone who can bring pace, energy, strong people leadership and a retail-led mindset to operational delivery.

You'll lead a large operational structure across cleaning, security, health & safety, technical services, environmental management and ESG, while helping to challenge how things are done, improve efficiency and deliver an exceptional guest and occupier experience.

You'll work closely with the Centre Director, Savills, Redical, occupiers and the wider onsite leadership team to drive operational excellence, support commercial performance and help shape the future direction of the asset.
