This new role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our high‑performing, fast‑paced and friendly team in Birmingham. We specialise in the sale of brand new and refurbished developments across Birmingham and the broader West Midlands region, fostering a positive culture and supportive work environment. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary (commensurate with experience) plus monthly commission.

Hours: Tuesday to Friday – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

This is an incredible opportunity for you to work alongside market leaders, supporting them in managing a portfolio of high‑profile developments across a range of price points in Birmingham City Centre and surrounding affluent West Midlands suburbs. Working closely with the Head of the Midlands region and the wider team, you’ll assist in a variety of essential tasks for prestigious new home developments, including:

  • Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
  • Managing buyer enquiries
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Helping to coordinate creative marketing ideas and activities to drive enquiries and sales

A passion for sales and negotiation is essential, and ideally you will bring 6 to 12 months of experience in the estate agency profession. This position offers best‑in‑class training, valuable, hands‑on experience, perfect for building a strong foundation for a long‑term career.
