Role Overview An exciting opportunity exists to join Savills highly regarded EMEA bids team.

We are a strong, senior and close-knit team based in Savills HQ in London’s West End.

The team supports key bids and the in-country bid adviser network, with Savills EMEA generating a total revenue of over 1.5bn in 2025.

We work alongside the EMEA Key Client team who bring together significant insight, relationships and sector knowledge, a fantastic platform to elevate bids success.

The EMEA teams have deep local knowledge and expert data-driven research with some countries and services being No1 in their field.

Reporting to the Bids Director EMEA, you will work with in-country teams on their most strategic, high priority and Key Client bids and pitches.

You will enjoy the chance to help senior leaders and their teams from every sector and service to think outside of the box, shaping ideas and drawing on best practice from across the business.

You will have an enquiring mind, a collaborative style and genuine passion and energy not only for helping teams to develop winning stories and strategies for bids, but also to support and build a growing EMEA bids network of advisers.

You will have the opportunity to coach in-country bid advisers, share winning ideas across countries and work with cross-border teams based in the UK.
