Are you an entrepreneurial and dynamic individual with a passion for real estate and a drive to deliver an excellent service? We have an exciting opportunity within our market leading Valuation division, to join the Manchester team. We are looking for an experienced surveyor who enjoys taking initiative in their role, to be responsible for the preparation of valuation reports for trophy assets from initial quotation through to finalisation and delivery to the client. This role will be supporting the Directors in providing expert valuation advice.

Our team of 400+ RICS registered experts provide commercial, residential and rural property valuations to banks and building societies, property companies, developers, investors and fund managers. This team comprises of two Directors, an Associate Director, one Senior Surveyor and a Graduate. The team has a proven track record of nurturing and developing graduates and newly qualified surveyors and supporting them through their APC and the early stages of their career at Savills.
Working throughout the UK and Europe, our experts undertake thousands of valuations each year either on a one-off or repeat basis. In addition to mainstream sectors, our services can be applied across a number of specialisms too, including leisure, healthcare and hotels.
