We are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of the assets, while delivering a high standard of service to both occupiers and our clients.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property management, including occupier liaison, lease administration, service charge budgeting, contractor coordination, facilities oversight, and financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams across leasing, finance, and facilities management, as well as external suppliers, to maintain the quality and value of the portfolio. This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve property-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day property management activities across a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Coordinate occupier liaison, lease administration, and service charge budgeting
  • Oversee contractor coordination, facilities management, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (leasing, finance, facilities management) and external suppliers to maintain asset quality and value

Working from both our City and West End offices, the successful candidate will gain broad experience and growth potential, supported by in-house operational, ESG and place shaping teams.
