Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Building & Projects Consultancy team based in Oxford. The successful candidate will deliver clear, commercial advice and help develop the profile of our growing team.
This role involves working on a diverse range of instructions, including Contract Administration, Planned Maintenance, Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Development Monitoring, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Condition Schedules, and Party Wall Matters. There will also be opportunities to lead the strategic direction of the team and divisional growth by developing and pursuing new business streams.
The department offers opportunities for all core services. Whether at Associate Director or Director level, we expect this person to actively develop existing relationships and grow new clients and opportunities within the business and externally.

Team Overview
We are a proactive, close-knit, and friendly team of 15 building surveyors and project managers in Oxford, including three Directors, five Associate Directors, three Associates, two Apprentices, one Graduate, and a Team Secretary.
The team handles a broad range of clients, including landlords and occupiers, working on various fast-paced and interesting instructions across all sectors. Recent projects range from working on Oxfordβs oldest building to developing new laboratories.
