The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, RICS Registered Valuer to join a successful and well established valuation team based in Oxford. The valuation team sits within the wider development team, including land agency and development consultancy, with valuers based in our Oxford and Reading offices.

The team is experienced in providing Red Book valuations for a variety of purposes including loan security, for clients such as lenders, landowners, developers, private individuals, solicitors and institutions such as universities and Local Authorities.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record and interest in business development including seeking new opportunities, managing existing established client relationships, growing the business and building a professional network.

Team Overview: The valuation team across Oxford and Reading comprises a Director, three Associate Directors, an Associate, two Graduate Surveyors and support staff, alongside a wider development team of 23. The role will be based out of Oxford, a large multi-disciplinary office of approximately 120 employees.
