We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, client-focused and entrepreneurial individual to join Savills’ market-leading Loan Security Valuation team in London. This role involves taking ownership of the end-to-end valuation process for a range of high-profile commercial real estate assets, including offices, industrial/logistics and retail across London and the South East.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed and robust valuation reports for lending purposes, managing instructions from initial quotation through to final delivery, and ensuring all outputs meet RICS Red Book and client standards. Working closely with experienced valuers, you will contribute to the appraisal of often complex and trophy assets, developing market insight and technical expertise while liaising directly with a prestigious client base comprising international investment banks, clearing banks, debt funds and alternative lenders.
