Overview
Role Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, RICS Registered Valuer to join a successful and well established valuation team based in Oxford. The valuation team sits within the wider development team, including land agency and development consultancy, with valuers based in our Oxford and Reading offices.
The team is experienced in providing Red Book valuations across residential, development and commercial sectors, for a variety of purposes including loan security, for clients such as lenders, landowners, developers, private individuals, solicitors and institutions such as universities and Local Authorities.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record and interest in business development including seeking new opportunities, managing existing established client relationships, growing the business and building a professional network.
