We are currently recruiting for a part‑time Junior Sales Negotiator to join our team, based predominantly at our Sunningdale office and across our new homes development sites. This role involves working two days per week (Friday and Saturday) within a fast‑paced team covering Ascot, Sunningdale and Windsor.

The position will focus on supporting the sale of new build properties, assisting with viewings, managing buyer enquiries and delivering a high standard of customer service, while gaining valuable experience within a busy and collaborative residential development sales team. This role is being offered as a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
