About the Team: The Glasgow Agency team specialises in all agency related work, including leasing, selling and acquiring, of both Industrial/Logistics space and Office space across Glasgow and the Central Belt of Scotland. Our client base is wide ranging, varying from large international real estate funds to smaller independent private clients based locally. The team currently comprises 3 Directors, 1 Associate Director and a Team Administrator. The Apprentice Surveyor will be supporting all members of the team across a wide range of instructions/clients.
Day to Day Duties:
- Arranging and carrying out viewings for properties that Savills are marketing
- Keeping Enquiry and Availability schedules updated
- Updating and maintaining online advertising websites
- Promote Savills and their properties through appropriate social media channels
- Actively pursue leads to achieve property transactions
- Liaise with colleagues at Savills and other firms to ascertain market trends/developments
- Regularly keep clients up to date on their properties
- Prepare marketing material (brochures etc.) for our properties
- Inspect/measure properties
- Provide assistance to all members of the team as and when required

Training: On the job training is provided to ensure all the required knowledge and experience is obtained throughout the apprenticeship to qualify successfully. Once you've successfully passed your APC and become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, you'll continue to receive training and career development opportunities. We will provide the full suite of Savills training programme including mandatory health and safety and office training, as well as specific training relevant to your role. We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up to date with changes to legislation and business needs.
