Role Overview

Your day‑to‑day workload will be varied, consisting of anything from arranging viewings, taking property details for market appraisals, registering buyers' requirements and updating our clients on the progress of their property sales, to name but a few. As well as this you will also be assisting the Sales team with carrying out property viewings in and around the Clapham and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • A possible, first point of contact for new and existing buyers/clients
  • Marketing support – setting up property files in readiness for advertising, including completion of due diligence in line with AML/KYC Savills Policies, coordinating & working with our clients and 3rd party brochure companies, organising property previews for the office‑based & viewing teams in readiness of advertising.
  • Creating new applicant files and maintaining buyer relationships, for our extensive database
  • Invoicing
  • Contacting warm leads via email and telephone (circa 65% of the role)
  • Updating the sales team with potential leads for both active buyers and prospective vendors
  • Screening potential buyers for suitability
  • Professional and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
  • Comply with Savills Code of Conduct and Policies.

Additional responsibilities

  • Effective coordination of third party requests such as surveys
  • Supporting the Office Manager with reporting and achieving KPI's
  • Occasional local property viewings
  • Updating solicitors and agents on chain details

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Experience

  • Previous applicant management/negotiator experience welcome, but not essential.

  • Previous sales and/or sales/administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment

  • Full UK driving licence
