Role Overview Savills are looking for an ALO to assist in the construction phase of a nationally significant infrastructure project located near Ipswich. You will use your knowledge and experience in agriculture and infrastructure to assist in the successful delivery of this project. You will be based out of our client’s site office near Ipswich working alongside our client and supporting the Savills’ project team. General duties will include liaising with landowners and their agents, facilitating works including arranging access for the principal contractor, progress monitoring and record keeping, and ensuring the contractor is adhering to their project obligations and responsibilities relating to land.This is a full time role (5 days per week) but flexible working is possible. The role is Ipswich based, reasonable costs for accommodation during the week could be agreed and would be covered by our client. Key Responsibilities Liaise with third party stakeholders on behalf of client regarding land and land drainage matters e.g. landowners and tenant farmers. Arrange and undertake pre-entry records of condition of fields including identification of existing crops and drainage issues.
