Role Overview Savills are looking for an experienced and capable ALO to assist with a range of infrastructure projects across Scotland. You will use your knowledge and experience in agriculture and capital projects to assist in the successful delivery of a range of projects. You will be based at home working alongside Client and Savills’ project team to manage arrange access for the principal contractors, ensuring the contractors are adhering to their obligations relating to land and being the primary point of contact for landowners/occupiers.This is a full time role (5 days per week) and if significant travel would be required, reasonable costs for accommodation during the week could be agreed and would be covered by our client. Key Responsibilities Liaise with third party stakeholders on behalf of client regarding land and land drainage matters e.g. landowners & tenant farmers. Arrange and undertake pre-entry records of condition of fields including identification of existing drainage issues. Ensure contractors aware of pre entry notice provisions and adhered to and manage agreements with landowners in conjunction with client Lands team. Follow up on requests from landowners for existing land drainage drawings to assist with new project drainage design. Discuss accommodation works with landowners – e.g. water troughs for stock, accesses, water supplies, fencing etc.
