We work in the Planning Act 2008 regime as well as under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (TCPA) and other legislation covering electricity, transport and other forms of infrastructure development. Our network of offices covers all regions of the UK, including London, Leeds and Manchester, with cross-disciplinary work across property advisory services.

As a graduate within the Environment and Infrastructure team, you will gain experience across a wide variety of project types, including the Planning Act 2008 (NSIP) regime as well as TCPA. Daily tasks may include researching and reporting on planning context, comparing development options, preparing planning documentation, liaising with local planning authorities and consultees, assisting with planning appeals and NSIP DCO examinations, advising clients in meetings, and contributing to proposals and costing for future work.

Key responsibilities

  • Client engagement: participate in client meetings and build networks through events and webinars.
