Location: London, Leeds, Southampton, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham
Salary: London: £30,000 with £1,500 sign-on bonus; Regions: £27,000 with £1,000 sign-on bonus

About the role
More than 230 of our consultants advise on buildings and projects across the UK with regional offices in England and Scotland and further coverage in Europe. In London, teams specialise in professional services and project management; in regional offices we provide the wider service from a single team.
Building Surveying
We provide bespoke end-to-end specialist solutions across all technical aspects of a property lifecycle, including advisory roles on acquisition, development, ownership, occupation, sustainable retrofit and disposal of assets and portfolios. We work with institutional clients across the UK and Europe to provide clear holistic advice on property interests.

Project Management (Construction / Property)
Our national team includes specialists across office, industrial, logistics, mixed-use, retail and residential development projects. We bring together expertise from chartered building surveying, project management and structural engineering to offer a national service. Projects cover development, refurbishment or fit-out for investors, developers, landlords, owner-occupiers and tenants, including employer\’s agent, risk management, procurement, programming, contract administration and strategic project consultancy.

Our training and development programme is highly regarded in the property industry. Graduates attend technical, business skills and personal development activities to complement APC requirements. You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor to support you through the two-year training programme with regular progress reviews.
