The role is site-based, supporting the wider Property Management team in the day-to-day management and reporting of the asset, including coordination and reporting of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) operational deliverables. As Administrator, this person will need to ensure close liaison between all parties on-site. Complementing the Property Management team, these also include service partners such as security and cleaning, front of house personnel, and occupiers as appropriate. The role will support the on-site team regarding corporate data collection linked to the operation of Oxford North, including Health & Safety reporting, and support with sourcing content for Board Reports relating to the operational performance of the Innovation District. As ESG Coordinator, a key focus will be supporting the on-site team in monitoring the asset performance against the ESG and sustainability targets set and promoting best practice. As a result, this role will also link with the Savills Property Management central ESG team directly in relation to the implementation of the Client’s ESG Brief.
